When employer makes employee work more than legal regulation, penalties including imprisonment will be applied. This is quite heavy and you can understand the importance of the working hour management. Also when employer didn’t pay overtime allowance in the right time, retroactive pay will be applied for past 3 years. It requires arrears on top. I would like to share 2 court cases as good example.
